The property is definitely one of the most affordable in the area. While the price was cheap, many guests felt that they got what they paid for. Quality is not totally sacrificed, as the previous guests were able to sleep and enjoy the convenience of the property's location.

Guests rated the property's location highly, as it is just across the street from the Heavenly Village and has an easy access to the Heavenly Gondola and the casinos. Guests who also loved to walk around town are not disappointed as the property is an excellent base point to explore South Lake Tahoe. Moreover, a number of dining options are within the area.

Guests' satisfaction is the top priority of the property. There is not one review about the staff members being rude or ignorant. They are always around to accommodate all of the requests of the guests, and they never fail to treat the occupants with genuine friendliness.

Strands of hair and other signs from previous guests were still found under the mattresses of the beds. Some had even called for a housekeeper and demanded that their rooms be given another round of cleaning.

The curtains were falling off the rod, there were wires hanging down the windows, the lamps were falling apart, and the small fridge wasn't working. These are among the many issues of previous guests about the broken appliances and fixtures on the rooms they were assigned at.
